Afterwards, cherries are pulped within 12 hours and fermented underwater for 24 to 48 hours.\u003cbr\u003eThe beans are dried on raised beds for approximately 14 days until their moisture content reaches 10-12%, followed by grading and sorting.\u003cbr\u003eNamku Amcos prioritises environmental stewardship by minimising pollutant release, monitoring wastewater and reducing waste generation. They advocate for afforestation efforts, aiming to combat deforestation and promote sustainability.
