Origin and Cultivation
Location: Grown on the high mountain slopes of the Toraja highlands on Sulawesi island, Indonesia.
Altitude: Cultivated between 1,400 and 1,900 meters above sea level.
Processing: Traditionally processed using the unique Indonesian wet-hull method (giling basah), which reduces acidity and builds a syrupy body.
Flavor Profile
Aroma and Body: Thick, full, and syrupy mouthfeel with low, balanced acidity.
Primary Notes: Earthy undertones, dark baker's cocoa, sweet spice, and hints of leather or tobacco
